Amenities

This cabin was designed for the special guest in mind!  A spacious 1600 sq. ft. cabin with hot tub on back porch, the cabin’s rustic charm and wood burning fireplace render it the perfect place to relax with your favorite person or your favorite book.

It’s great to get in touch with nature, but it’s even better to have a comfortable place to hang your hat.  That’s why Frannie’s Cabin features a sauna, a hot tub, and front and back porches with rocking chairs.  Decorated with an antique barn lantern, an old iron tea kettle, and other Ozark elements, the cabin is as casual as it is comfortable.

On the first floor of the cabin is one bedroom with a king-size bed and a bath.  On the second floor are two bedrooms and a bath.  One upstairs bedroom has a king-size bed.  The other bedroom has two twin beds.  Ralph Lauren bed linens are provided, as well as electric blankets, and additional pillows.

The kitchen is fully furnished with range/oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, coffee grinder, dishes. I have the kitchen well supplied with spices and condiments, paper towels, aluminum foil, saran wrap etc.... (The coffee filer has a gold filter so it doesn't not need coffee filters. All you need to bring is food. But bring along you favorite alcoholic beverages, Johnson and Newton County are both "dry counties".

View the Ozark National Forest from the Hot Tub.

Outside, nestled, among the trees, is the picnic area with a charcoal grill (charcoal and lighter are supplied for the grill) horseshoe court, and picnic table. A trail leads to the campfire ring where s'mores can be fixed each evening at dusk.
